This thing is been nagging me the whole week, First is about the thievery that happened to my Lady SweetYuya, the DA policy about tracing art news.deviantart.com/article/69… from my friend journal tanko and what happen in the photo bucket photobucket.com/images/archie_….

I decide to wrote this to protect my art

TOUCH MY COMMISION WORKS, in any terms that you can think of, do not copy, trace,put it in your account and claim it as yours, or edit/trace them to make it resemble to yours own characters and use it for your rpg game/profile page/forum.
Their OC are very precious to my commissioner, it will be belong to them only and they are the only person who have the proper use and copy rights for the art.

made profit from my art, made them become mass product and sell them in any kind of merchant you can think of!

edit/trace/remove the watermark (if it exist)in my art and claim it as yours.


What you Can Do

Save and download any art  beside my commission work for your personal use only.

inspired by my art, or using it as reference or study

using my art for thesis, collage or school paper, but plese let me know about it..

Drawing fanart about my OC. (please let me know if you do this)

using my fan art works to submitted in any kind of forums like LJ,You tube,or use it as Blog banner and website but please give me direct link where you use it, and give me credits about it.

others things that concern me about my existence in DA

- please do not beg for my watch, you may think Im arrogant or bastard, but I decide to watch you because I care.. not because somebody beg and nagging me to do that..

- yes you can ask me to visit you page and give you some comment, I will do that, but I may not, Im not promising you anything.

- dont spamming me with tag, or "send this to your 10 friens or what ever" I will ignore it or hide it.

- I read all your comment, but I cant reply to you all, Im very sorry.. >_<;

- critiques are very welcome.

- I dont do request,gift or trade if you asked me to, but I just do it randomly..

- notes are only for important stuff and for close friends, if you wanted to do random chat, use my front page or my deviation page.
